PROJECT MANAGER Start date Monday Aug 2nd

Project Manager positions are permanent and full-time. Working hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. Salary is between $60k-$80k based on experience

Applicants must have the following abilities:
 Be incredibly organized and detail oriented
 Be a strong leader and problem solver
 Have trade show industry experience
 Have Project Management experience
 Have production experience
 Have experience in purchasing
 Be able to travel when needed
 Lift 50 lbs., climb ladders
 Take great pride in their work
 Work onsite daily – position cannot be done remotely

Overtime work is available during busy seasons. We offer a great opportunity for advancement and travel.

Project Management responsibilities include: (but are not limited to)
• Supervise installation/warehouse employees – provide guidance, training, and development
• Monitor installation/warehouse employees’ goals and progress daily
• Liaison between custom shop and Xibeo management
• Liaison between design department and Xibeo Management
• Management of all jobs in production
• Ordering and processing all job materials orders
• Ordering all processing all internal stock supply orders
• Creating and assigning all job work orders
• Setting up exhibits with installation/warehouse employees
• Oversee cleanliness and organization of all warehouse areas
• Ensure all employees adhere to Health and Safety and corporate policies
• Organizing daily, weekly, monthly production meetings

INSTALLATION CREW/WAREHOUSE Start date Monday Aug 2nd
Installation Crew / Warehouse Personnel positions are permanent and full-time. Working hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. Hourly rate $15-20 based on experience

Applicants must have the following abilities:
 Read and work from set up instructions.
 Lift at least 50 lbs.
 Be able to work independently.
 Be a detail oriented, motivated, self-starting, problem solver who works well under pressure.
 Take great pride in their work.

Installation Crew/Warehouse Responsibilities include: (but are not limited to)

• Set up of trade show exhibits – must be able to read and follow set up instructions
• Dismantling, packing, and preparing exhibits for shipping to trade show
• Checking in and storage of all exhibits upon return from trade show
• Processing of all daily outbound Fed Ex/UPS shipments
• Receiving and checking in of all items received daily
• Upkeep of shipping and receiving logs
• Pick up and deliveries
• Use of the forklift for the loading and unloading of all trucks
• Forklift watering, charging and reasonable maintenance
• Weekly inventory of internal supplies
• General cleaning and upkeep of warehouse/showroom areas
